吗啡控释片与芬太尼透皮贴剂治疗癌痛的疗效分析

A comparison between controlled-release morphine and transdennai fetauyl in the treatment of cancer pain

目的:比较分析吗啡控释片与芬太尼透皮贴剂两种药物治疗癌痛的疗效与不良反应。方法:将130例中重度癌痛患者随机分成A、B两组,每组65例。A组使用芬太尼贴剂治疗癌痛,B组使用吗啡控释片治疗癌痛,比较两组的疗效和不良反应情况。结果:芬太尼贴剂总缓解率为89.2%,吗啡控释片的总缓解率为90.8%,两者差异无统计学意义;在本研究中的各种不良反应方面,A组不良反应发生率低于B组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:芬太尼透皮贴剂和口服吗啡控释片均可以有效地缓解中重度癌痛且两者疗效相近;除瘙痒外,芬太尼透皮贴剂不良反应的发生率均较低。

Objective：To research the effects and side effects of oral controlled-release morphine and transdennai fetauyl in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods：One hundred and thirty patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups.A group was treated with transdennai fetauyl,and B group was treated with oral controlled-release morphine.The therapeutic efficacy and adverse reaction were observed and recorded.Results：The overall response ratesin group A and group B were 89.2% and 90.8%（P0.05）.The side effects rate in group A was lower than that in group B（P0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic efficacy of the transdennai fetauyl and oral controlled-release morphine is similar.Transdennai fetauyl is safer and more convenient than oral controlled-release morphine.
