慢性乙型重型肝炎回顾性证候研究数据库的建立

Construction of Retrospective Syndrome Survey Database of CSHB

目的:运用现代物理、电子信息技术、传感技术、智能化数码成像采集技术,综合中医四诊,建立慢性乙型重型肝炎回顾性证候研究数据库。方法:选择全国18家传染病院中西医结合科或综合性中医院肝病科住院病人为研究对象,通过数据库进行在线数据收集管理及分析处理。结果:制定一套规范化慢性乙型重型肝炎临床信息采集表、慢性乙型重型肝炎诊断标准、纳入标准、排除标准、病例剔出标准。结论:对复杂的临床信息进行标准化、要素化,结合慢性乙型重型肝炎的中医四诊信息及相关情况,初步形成了慢性乙型重型肝炎回顾性证候研究数据信息平台,为慢性乙型重型肝炎病人的诊治和科研顺利开展提供信息方面的保障。

Objective：To establish a retrospective syndrome survey database of CSHB（Chronic Severe Hepatitis B） to collect using physics、electronic information technology、sensing technology、intelligentizated imaging techniques and TCM four diagnostic methods.Method：Nationwide inpatients coming from eighteen hospital were surveyed and all the data could be collected,managed and analyzed by the database.Results：A set of standard information acquisition form,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria for prospective syndrome survey of CSHB were constructed.Corresponding patient＇s information could be retrieved for any of the queries and report forms could be created on the dataplatform.A comprehensive analysis of the data could be conducted.Conclusions：The database standardized the complex clinical information and extracted the important elements and identifed the syndrome distribution feature of CSHB which was based on the clinical data especially the traditional Chinese medical four diagnostic and other correlative information.This dataplatform established the foundation to diagnose and treat for CSHB patients,and progress the scientific research successfully.
