茵陈蒿汤利胆退黄物质基础的研究进展

Progress in Study on Cholagogue Active Components of Yinchenhao Decoction

茵陈蒿汤是治疗阳黄证的效方之一,由茵陈、栀子、大黄3味药物组成。主要介绍茵陈蒿汤中产生利胆退黄作用的物质基础的研究进展。通过对国内外文献的分析和总结,综述了茵陈蒿汤的化学成分及其利胆退黄药理作用的研究现状。茵陈蒿汤复方利胆退黄的作用并非单味药材的物质成分的简单的叠加。

Yinchenhao decoction is one of the effective herb prescription,comprising three Chinese herbs of Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,Rheum officinale Baill.and Artemisia capillaris Thunb.Advanced study on cholagogue and jaundice-removing active components of yinchenhao decoction was introduced in the article.Based on recent literatures around the globe,we reviewed the progress in study on the cholagogue and jaundice-removing chemical compositions of yinchenhao decoction.And its effect of cholagogue and jaundice-removing is produced by the substances absorpted through gut other than by simply total chemical compositions of three Chinese herbs in the yinchenhao formula.
