房颤合并左髂总动脉栓塞经导管溶栓的护理

现总结1例房颤合并左侧髂总动脉栓塞患者的护理体会。护理要点包括:临床上对于房颤的高危患者应密切观察,出现栓塞等并发症时及时进行诊断,为及早诊断及治疗创造有利时机,以提高治愈率,减少肢体致残率及死亡率。应重视导管溶栓术前患者的心理护理,术中的常规护理,术后密切监测生命体征的变化,做好对患肢以及原发病的观察,加强对并发症的护理;重视患者的出院指导和健康教育。

The authors summarize their experience in nursing 1 patient with atrial fibrillation and common iliac artery embolism.The nursing essentials include：preoperative psychological nursing care,routine nursing care,close monitor of the vital signs after the operation,good observation of operated limb and primary disease,intensive care of complications,attaching weight to discharge guide.To the patients at high risk for thromboembolic diseases,nursing staffs should closely observe the illness,discover abnormal conditions in time,and create the opportunity of prompt diagnosis and treatment,in order to improve the cure rate and decrease the disability rate and death rate.
