摘要 女性绝经后随年龄增长,体内雌激素水平下降,骨量迅速丢失。雌激素替代疗法在防治绝经后骨质疏松症中具有重要作用。为更深刻地认识和探讨雌激素和骨质疏松的关系,就雌激素及其受体在防治绝经后骨质疏松症的可能作用机制及效果的研究进展作一综述。 Postmenopausal women with aged increasing,estrogen levels decline,also the rapid loss of bone mass.Estrogen replacement therapy in postmenopausal osteoporosis prevention and treatment plays an important role.To make more profound understanding of relationship between estrogen and osteoporosis,the author summize the estrogen and its receptor in the prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis,discuss the possible effects and progress.
