摘要
从国产X52直缝电阻焊输送管上取三点弯曲试样对焊缝进行了J积分试验。结果表明,无侧槽试样具有高的断裂韧性和裂纹扩展阻力,相比之下,带侧槽试样断裂韧性和裂纹扩展阻力大幅度降低。若进一步降低试验温度和/或在腐蚀介质中浸泡,断裂韧性呈下降趋势,但降低幅度不大。各钢管断裂韧性的差异与焊缝组织结构有关。建议以带侧槽试样的断裂韧性J0.2作为薄壁管道设计与安全评价的工程判据。
J integral tests have been conducted by three point bending loading on the weld of samples takenfrom domestic X52 grade Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) line pipes and it indicated that the fracture toughnessand crack propagation resistances of specimen with lateral grove drop largely with comparison of the specimenwithout-lateral grove. The fracture toughness drops slightly with the decrease of test temperature and/or soakingin corrosion solution. J0.2 of specimen with latera1 grove is recommended as the toughness criterion in the designand safety assessment of thin-wall pipeline.
