针灸结合中西药物治疗颞颌关节紊乱疗效观察

Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Chinese and Western Medicine for Treatment of Temporomandibular Disorders Clinical Observation of 65 Cases

目的:采用针灸治疗,配合中西药物内服,治疗颞颌关节紊乱,观察其临床疗效。方法:治疗组颞颌关节紊乱45例,采用针灸配合中西药治疗;与对照组20例单纯采用中西药物治疗,进行对照分析。结果:治疗组45例,治愈36例,好转7例,未愈2例,对照组20例,治愈13例,好转3例,未愈4例。结论:采用针灸配合中西药治疗颞颌关节紊乱比单纯采用中西药物治疗效果好,取得了较满意的疗效。

Objective：Treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,combined with Chinese and Western medicine for internal treatment of temporomandibular disorders,observation of the clinical curative effect. Methods：Temporomandibular disorder treatment group of 45 cases the use of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treating;with the control groups of 20 cases of simple drug tertent were compared by analysis. Results：Treatment of 45 cases：the total effective rate is 96%,with 36 Cure cases,7 evidently effective cases,and 2 ineffective cases.Control group of 20 cases：The total effective rate is 80%,with 13 Cure cases,3 evidently effective cases,and 4 ineffective cases. Conclusion：Use of acupuncture and Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of temporomandibular disorders than the use of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment effect is good.
