黄芪救心汤对慢性心衰患者TNF-α与IL-10水平的影响

Astragalus Decoction to Save Patients with Chronic Heart Failure,TNF-α and IL-10 Levels

目的:观察黄芪救心汤治疗慢性心衰的临床疗效以及对TNF-α与IL-10水平的影响。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组采用西医常规抗心衰治疗。两组疗程均为30天。结果:治疗组临床疗效改善、中医证候积分等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。促炎细胞因子TNF-α经治疗后明显下降,抗炎细胞因子IL-10水平则上升,与对照相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪救心汤治疗慢性心衰比单纯用西医常规治疗疗效更好。在改善心衰方面的疗效可能与调节细胞因子TNF-α与IL-10的水平有关。

Objective： To observe Astragalus Decoction to save the clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic heart failure as well as TNF - α and IL - 10 levels. Methods ： 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and 40 patients in the control group. Control group, conventional therapy with Western. The treatment lasted 30 days. Results ： of clinical efficacy of the treatment group improved, and so on TCM syndrome score was significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Inflammatory cytokines TNF -α significantly decreased after treatment, anti - inflammatory cytokines IL- 10 levels increased, compared with the control were significantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions：Astragalus Decoction to save than simply the treatment of chronic heart failure therapy with conventional Western medicine better. In terms of improving the efficacy of heart failure may be related to regulation of cytokine TNF -α and IL - 10 in the level.
