英国BGL碎煤熔渣气化技术是在德国鲁奇固定床加压气化炉基础上开发的新型煤气化技术,具有装置投资少、建设周期短、气化效率高、气体热值高、能耗低、资源利用率高、运行和维护成本低等综合优势。介绍了BGL碎煤熔渣气化技术的发展历程、气化原理、工艺流程、技术特点及在国内外的应用概况。
The British BGL pulverized coal slag gasification technology is a newly-developed gasification technology based on Lurgi fixed bed compression gasifier. It has status comprehensive superiority in the installment to invest, short construction cycle, high gasification efficiency, high calorific value, lower energy consumption, high utilization resources, low running and maintenance cost. The development process, gasified principle, technical process, technical characteristic, and its application survey at home and abroad of BGL pulverized coal slag gasification technology are introduced.
