摘要
利用热分析方法考察了双马来酰亚胺胶粘剂的耐高温性能,利用FT-IR分析了该胶粘剂的结构。以该胶粘剂为基体材料制备粘结团体润滑膜,并用高温摩擦磨损试验机对其摩擦学性能进行了评价。试验表明,该润滑膜于室温至250C温度范围内具有满意的耐磨性,是一种摩擦学特性和综合性能优良的润滑材料,双马来酰亚胶胶粘剂具备优良的耐高温性能和工艺性能。
In this paper, the thermal stability of epoxy-bismaleimide adhesive was studied by DSC. FT-IRwas used to analysis the structure of this kind of adhesive. The tribological properties of bonded solid lubricationcoating using above-mentioned adhesive were evaluated by a pin-disk tester. The results show that the coating notonly has good antiwear property under room temperature but also can be used for a long time at 25O'C.
