《伤寒论》四逆散证病机的认识演变过程

"Treatise on"the Certificate Sini Understanding of the Evolution of Pathogenesis

《伤寒论》中张仲景拟定四逆散是针对少阴阳虚为本,复感外邪,真阳为邪所困,郁闭于内的阳虚兼郁之证,后世四逆散在临床中主要用于治疗肝胃气滞,这一变化是经历漫长的历史阶段逐步演变而来,对于其演变过程笔者认为,汉以后医家对四逆散证病机的认识演变经历了萌芽、初步转变和成形3个阶段。

Zhongjing Zhang draw up sini card in Treatise on for the symptom of yang –based,also being exogenous pathogens,yang yu for the evil,yang and yu of canopy in the inner part.Later the sini card use to cure liver and stomach qi stagnation in chief.This change is evolved step by step,it come through long historical period.To this evolution,I think,doctors of after the Han dynasty＇ understanding to sini card come through the initial stage of something,i;nitial changes stage and forming stage.
