This article elaborated the theory of qi transformation of lower jiao being origin of essence and blood.And qi transformation of lower jiao is also the source essence produced.Though the Production of blood depends on＂sanjiao qi transformation＂,it lays the origin from qi transformation of lower jiao which is the key of transformation between blood and essence.As the base of senile encephalopathy and bone disease,qi transformation of lower jiao is also the fundament of bone and brain.These disorders should be ameliorated by combining the treatment of＂yi Qi tiao xue＂with ＂fu ben pei yuan＂ according to the theory of ＂Sanjiao Qi transformation＂.
