加味芍药甘草汤治疗慢性腰肌劳损临床拆方研究

目的:观察加味芍药甘草汤及其拆方各组治疗慢性腰肌劳损的临床疗效,探讨在柔筋补脾理论指导下组方的科学性。方法:在新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院门诊收集肝脾两虚型慢性腰肌劳损患者135例,随机分为加味芍药甘草汤组、拆方1组、拆方2组、拆方3组,服药两周,观察其疗效。结果:4组均可明显缓解患者症状,改善腰部功能,其中加味芍药甘草汤组疗效优于其它各拆方组,经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味芍药甘草汤是治疗肝脾两虚型慢性腰肌劳损的最佳配伍。

Objective：the aim of paper is to observe clinical therapeutic effectiveness of chronic lumbar muscle with Augmented and open of Peony Licirice Decoction,and explore rationality of herbral organization under theroy about tonic musole and spleen.Methods：135 case on the type（chronic lumbar muscle）of consumptive liver and spleen were collected in clinic,they were randomly grouped into Augmented of Peony Licirice Decoction,open of Peony Licirice Decoction 1,and open of Peony Licirice Decoction 2,and open of Peony Licirice Decoction 3.Moreover,members including these cases needed to take these herbs within two weeks,and therapeutic effectiveness of these herbs were observed by researchers.Results：there are both obvious therapeutic effectiveness to mitigate symptom and ameliorate function of waist in the 4 groups.Among these groups,the group-Augmented of Peony Licirice Decoction got the most obvious effectiveness than others.In addition,there were also obvious difference in the terms of statistics（P0.05）.Conclusion：Augmented of Peony Licirice Decoction is the best organization to treat the type（chronic lumbar muscle）of consumptive liver and spleen.
