初探三焦辨证分部位治疗带状疱疹临床疗效

Clinical Observation on Treating Herpes Zoster Based on Distribution Areas of TCM

目的:应用温病学说的三焦辨证规律,初步探讨中医分部位治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:对36例确诊的带状疱疹患者,根据发病部位辨证加减用药,治疗14天后观察临床疗效。结果:痊愈28例(77.78%),显效5例(13.89%),有效3例(8.33%)。结论:中医分部位治疗带状疱疹的疗效显著。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of treating herpes zoster by TCM based on distribution areas.Methods：36 cases of herpes zoster patients were treated by TCM based on distribution areas.The clinical effects were observed.Results：28 cases were recovered,taking up 77.78%;5 cases had obvious effects,taking up 13.89%;and 3 cases exerted effects,taking up 8.33%.Conclusion：It is very effective to treat herpes zoster by applying TCM based on distribution areas.
