中药外敷治疗半月板损伤85例

External Application of Chinese Medicine Treatment of Clinical Observation of 85 cases of Meniscus Injury

目的:探讨姜黄截血膏、如意金黄膏外敷治疗半月板损伤的效果。方法:将125例半月板损伤患者随机分为观察1组(45例),观察2组(40例),和对照组(40例)。3组均采用活血化瘀中药煎汤口服;观察1组在此基础上,采用姜黄截血膏局部外敷。观察2组采用如意金黄膏外敷。结果:观察1组45例,治愈37例,显效18例,有效率100%。观察2组治愈19例,显效14例,无效7例,有效率84%。对照组40例,显效16例,无效24例,有效率40%。结论:姜黄截血膏外敷治疗急性半月板损伤、如意金黄膏外敷治疗慢性损伤,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective：To investigate the cut-off blood turmeric paste,smug golden Plaster treatment of meniscus effect.Methods：Methods：125 patients with meniscus injury were randomly divided into group 1（45 cases）,observation 2 group（40cases）,and the control group（40cases）.Three groups received oral administration of decoction of Chinese medicine blood stasis;observed a group basis,using local application of turmeric paste cut-off blood.2 group were observed wishful golden Plaster.Results：1 group of 45 cases,37 cases were cured,markedly effective;18 cases,no：0 100% efficiency.Observation of 19 cases were cured and 2,effective in 14 cases,7 cases,84% efficiency.Control group,40 patients cured of 0,effective in 16 cases,no effect;24 cases,40% efficiency.Conclusion：The cross-sectional blood Plaster turmeric treatment of acute meniscal injury,smug golden Plaster treatment of chronic injury,a significant effect worth promoting.
