稳心颗粒治疗心肌梗塞后心力衰竭合并室性心律失常临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Wenxin Keli Treatment in Heart Failure with Ventricular Arrhythmia after Myocardial lnfraction

目的:探讨稳心颗粒联合常规西药治疗心肌梗塞后长期心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的疗效。方法:选择65例心肌梗塞后心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组(n=27)和对照组(n=38),所有患者根据心梗、心衰治疗指南给予常规的抗缺血、抗心衰、抗心律失常治疗,治疗组采用基础治疗+稳心颗粒9g 3次/d,所有病人均在用药前及用药后4周检测QTd与24h动态心电图。结果:两组病人用药后4周较用药前QTd均减少(P<0.05),治疗组QTd减少幅度更明显(P<0.01)。治疗组病人总有效92.6%.对照组病人总有效73.7%,治疗组疗效更好(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒联合西药基础治疗对心肌梗塞后心力衰竭合并室性心律失常的病人对降低QTd,改善症状效果更佳。

Objective：To discuss the effectiveness of Wenxin Keli combined with conventional western medicine to cure long-term heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia after myocardial infraction.Methods：Divide 65 cases of patients randomly,who have heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia after myocardial infraction,into treatment group（n=27） and control group（n=38）.According to myocardial infarction,heart failure treatment guidelines,all the patients are given conventional anti-ischemic,anti-heart failure,antiarrhythmic therapy.Besides the basic therapy,wenxinkeli 9g3 times / d,is added to the treatment group.And QTd and 24h hoher of all the patients of treatment group are checked before having the medicine and four weeks after that.Results：QTd of all the patients in the two groups are decreased（P0.05）,four weeks after having the medincines,and the treatment group＇s decreases are more obvious（P0.01）.The tatal effectiveness percentage of the the treatment group is 92.6%,and the control group is 73.7%,thus the healing efficacy of the treatment group is better（P0.05）.Conclusion：Using Wenxin Keli combined with conventional western medicine to cure long-term heart failure with ventricular arrhythmia after myocardial infraction can improve the symptoms better,to lower QTd.
