自制中药油纱布治疗烧伤植皮后残余创面的疗效观察

Observation of the Curative effect about Self-restraint Chinese Medicinal Ointment Gauze Treat Residual Ulcer wound-after Skin Grafting

目的:比较不同的治疗方法,对大面积深度烧伤植皮后残余创面的治疗作用。方法:收集60例此类患者分治疗组(自制中药油纱布)30例,对照组(磺胺嘧啶银)30例。结果:治疗组创面愈合时间为15～30天左右。其中13例皮片生长不良创面用药3～4天皮片色泽转红。萎缩后的皮片开始迅速生长。周边上皮扩展良好。11例移植皮片感染创面用药5～7天,局部感染症状基本控制。6例老化肉芽水肿创面用药7～10天水肿消退。创面可见点状皮岛生长。其中单个残余创面较大(4cm×4cm以上)经邮票植皮治愈。对照组创面老化水肿感染恢复的程度及皮片生长速度均不及治疗组,创面愈合时间25～55天左右。两组比较治疗组创面愈合时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:中药油纱布具有清热解毒,活血消肿,去腐生肌的功效。可促进周边上皮及肉芽上残余的皮岛增生蔓延,加速创面愈合。方法简单,病人痛苦少,疗效满意。

Objective：To compare difference of large area deep burn wounds after skin grafting the treatment of residual ulcer wound.Methods：Collect 40 cases of the same type of patients in therapy group（self-restraint medicinal ointment gauze） of 25 cases.The control group（SD-Ag） in 15 cases.Results：In therapy group,wound healing time was 15-30days,including 8 cases of superficial would medication 3-4 days growth of undesirable colour to red skin.The piece of skin began to decline rapidly after the growth.Good peripheral epithelial expansion.10 cases of wound infection in transplant medicine skin piece students 5-7 days,local signs of infection under control.7 cases of edema and wound granulation againg drug 7-10 days edema.Petechial skin wound island growth.One single large residual wounds（4cm × 4cm above） by the stamp skin graft healing.Control group,healing time around 20-55 days.Two therapy groups were compared wound healing time was significantly shorter than the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Chinese oil gauze clearing and detexifiying,promoting blood circulation reduces swelling,to rot myogenic effect.Peripheral epithelial cells can promote skin granulation on the island of residual proliferation of the spread of wound healing was accelerated.It is a simple,less patient pain,satisfactory method.
