艾滋病头痛中医临床研究近况

Advance in Traditional Chinese Medicine for Treating Headache in Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome Patients

头痛是艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者出现的常见症状,有可能是严重机会性感染和肿瘤的表现,对患者生存期、生活质量造成影响,还会妨碍患者对抗病毒药物等治疗的依从性。艾滋病头痛目前尚无理想有效的治疗方案,成为艾滋病防治的重要医学问题。文章综述其病因病机、诊断与辨证、中医治疗及疗效评价、护理要点等研究进展,为临床提供参考。

Headache is the AIDS virus（HIV） infection common symptoms.It is the performance of survival for patients of severe infections or tumors.It not only influence for quality of life impact,but also impede the antiviral drugs in patients with treatment compliance.There is no ideal headache effective AIDS treatment programs,and it became a major medical problem.This paper reviews the pathogenesis,diagnosis,four auxiliary examination,diagnosis,differentiation,efficacy evaluation of TCM treatment,care and so on.These research progress is for points for clinical reference.
