摘要
在稻麦轮作中,采用系列浓度锌处理,模拟钙质紫色土中各级含锌量。根据产量和品质与对照等产等值的原则,应用形态诊断,土壤、植株化学分析和测定生理生化指标结合的方法,进行锌素营养诊断,并拟定了钙质紫色土稻麦锌素营养临界指标。
A pot experiment with 9 Zn levels (0, 5, 10, 50, 150, 1000, 5000 and 10000 ppm) was made after one rotation cycle of rice-wheat in 1988-1989. Each Zn level represented the Zn content in different natural calcareous purple soils. Morphologocal observation, soil and plant chemical analysis and biological and biochemical index determination were combined to diagnosis the Zn status of the crop. The critical values of Zn for wheat and rice on calcareous soils were estimsted.
