摘要
分析了马钢车轮轮箍厂火车轮热处理生产中存在的主要问题，阐述了对火车轮淬火方式及淬火设备的改造情况。实践表明，采用两面淬火方式能提高火车轮热处理性能。
The key problems of the wheel in the Wheel & Tyre Plant of Maanshan Iron and Steel Company, which exist in heat-treatment ,are analyzed. The reformation of wheel quench and quench machine is expounded. The practice proves that the method of two-side quench can improve the performance of wheel in the heat-treatment.
