摘要
分析了不同D/S值的厚、中、薄壁管在ASSEL轧管机上的螺旋变形特征和壁厚精度。分析表明,随轧后荒管D/S值的增大,壁厚精度下降。ASSEL轧管机具有台肩集中变形、碾轧段壁厚增厚等特点。
The characteristics of spiral deformation on ASSEL mill and wall thickness accuracy for thick, middle and thin tubes with various D/S value have been analyzed. The analyses results show that with D/S value of shell increasing the shell's wall thickness accuracy tends to decrease. The tube deformation characteristics on ASSEL mill are deformation concentrating at shoulder and wall thickness in rolling zone increasing.
