摘要
济钢球团厂转变设备管理思路，把制约生产的操作环节转变为设备问题。在竖炉造球工序中配置２ 台润磨机，对物料进行混匀细化，提高了生球质量，促进了整个生产的顺行，竖炉利用系数由５．２５ｔ／ｍ ２·ｈ 提高到５．５０ｔ／ｍ ２·ｈ。
The pellet plant of Jinan iron and steel group changes the idea of equipment management to change the limited production operation link for equipment problem.Through collocating two sets of lubricating grinding mill to mix evenly and fine raw material in the pelletizing section,the quality of raw pellet is increased,the smooth production is promoted.The utilization coefficient of shaft furnace is increased from 5.25t/m 2·h to 5.50t/m 2·h and the productivity of 0.03 milkion tons is increased every year.
