通过叙述飞速发展的冶金自动化，提出了邯钢计算机专业队伍建设的方向，以及在新形势下计算机工作者的结构组成与任务。
On the basis of statement about fast-developing metallurgical automation,the way to construct the computer-specialized team in Handan Iron and Steel Group Company, the composition of computer working staff and their task at present situation are presented.
