摘要
通过正交试验合成新型聚羧酸减水剂Point-S,其最佳合成配比为:m(烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚):m(衣康酸酐:)m(乙烯基磺酸:)m(过硫酸铵)=100:10:1:4。研究表明,减水剂Point-S能够抑制净浆流动度损失,具有良好的保坍性能。利用红外光谱对Point-S的分子结构进行了表征,并分析了保坍作用机理。
A new type of Point-S superplasticizer was synthesized through orthogonal test,and the optimum mass ratios of synthesis are: m (allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene) :m (itaconic anhydride) :m (vinyl-sulfonate) :m (ammonium persulfate) =100:10:1:4. The results showed that the Point-S superplasticizer could control the paste fluidity loss and slump loss effectively. The molecular structure of Point-S was characterized by IR spectra and the mechanism of controlling slump loss has been analyzed.
