一次成型四层卷焊管的孔型设计

摘要 根据四层卷焊管成型的特点,从成型方法、成型底线和配辊设计三个方面对一次成型四层卷焊管的孔型设计方法进行了探讨;提出了采用直角边定位的非对称成型方法:在研究了其它卷焊管类型的孔型设计方法后,首次进行了四层卷焊管的辊系布置设计和几何孔型设计。 According to the forming feature, the pass tasign method for 4-layer winded welding pipe in one-time forming is discussed from the following three fieds: forming method, forming base line and fitting roll design. The asymmetric forming method to use right angle side to psition is proposed.After the pass design methods for other wined welding pipe being researched, the design of roll system arrangement and geometric pass for 4-layer winded welding pipe was conducted in the firs time.
