摘要
对钢丝热镀Galfan合金镀层的耐蚀性和工艺设备适用性进行了综合论述,指出其耐蚀性的主要特点是腐蚀失重与时间的关系呈抛物线型,讨论了耐蚀性与成份、冷却速度和镀层组织的关系,分析了热镀Galfan合金中出现漏镀、镀层薄、表面质量差、工艺稳定性差的原因,指出了目前传统热镀锌生产线不经改造不能热镀Galfan合金的原因和解决的方法。
The corrosion resistance of Galfan alloy plating on heat-plated steel wire and the applicability of plating process equipment are summarized. It is pointed out that the main feature of corrosion resistance is the relation curve between corrosion lost weight and time presenting as a parabola. The relations between corrosion resistance and composition, cooling speed and plating organization are discussed. The reason for being not fully plated, too thin plating, surface quality and process stability being not so good in heat-plating, of Galfan alloy is analyzed. It is concluded why the present traditional zinc-heat-plating production line cannot plate in heat the Galf an alloy, and the relative measures offered.
