摘要
分析了影响转炉出钢温度的各种因素，找出了承钢出钢温度高的主要原因，并制定了有效的降低出钢温度的措施，分析了措施实施后的效果。
The different actors to influence the tapping temperature of converter are analyzed, the main reason to make it high in Chengde Iron and Steel Company found out,the efficient measures to lower it worked out and the resultanalyzed.
