熔模精铸麻点和麻坑缺陷的工艺改善实践 被引量:2

摘要 熔模精铸中麻点及麻坑是常见并较难解决的铸造缺陷,尝试面层采用专用刚玉砂制壳耐火材料,浇注后扣箱,浆料中加石墨,浇注后型壳局部风冷,浇注后型壳局部水冷,设置工艺钉等工艺措施,持续改善工艺条件,寻找到了克服叶片铸件上的麻点、麻坑、龟裂的有效方法。 Black pitting and pockmark are common defects in the investment casting,and are very difficult to solve.The effective method to eliminate black pitting,the pockmark and check crack was found after some process methods were applied,such as using corundum sand as surface sand,buckling box after pouring,adding graphite in coating slurry,part wind cooling and part water cooling after pouring,setting process nail and continuous improvement process condition.
