摘要 分析了限制现有铸造模拟仿真系统应用范围拓展的影响因素,利用Sockets通信接口和多线程编程技术,对面向华铸CAE的远程辅助分析平台进行了研究与开发。基于C/S架构模型,实现了本地工程异地计算及结果回传的在线自动计算功能;构建了可提供在线技术支持的客服系统,即时解决本地用户在软件使用中遇到的各种问题。平台充分利用了远程计算机的硬件优势和远程技术人员的专业知识与实践经验,减少了工艺设计和分析的时间,对企业具有很高的实用价值。 After analysing several factors which limit the widespread use of the existed casting process simulation system among foundries,a new remote aided analysis platform oriented to the InteCAST software has been developed,through utilizing the Sockets network communication interface and the multi-thread programming technology as development tools.Based on the Client/Server model,the platform has established an automated online simulation system so as to achieve the aim that remote servers will take the local calculating jobs and return the relevant results through the internet.Besides,a customer service system has also been built to provide for an online technical support,and take the local users through any using problems that they have with the software.The platform has taken full advantage of the excellent hardware resources supplied by remote computers as well as the expertises and experiences from remote technologists,not only has saved a lot of time on process designing and analyzing,but also offered respectable practical values.
