摘要
介绍了壳型背丸工艺生产表面光洁、内部组织致密的排气管铸件的铸造方法。实践表明:在壳型背丸工艺铸型冷却较快的条件下,调整C、Si含量并强化孕育处理能获得基体组织铁素体大于95%的康明斯排气管铸件。
The foundry method of shell mold with iron shot for exhaust pipe was presented,which can produce smooth face and internal compact structure casting.The practice results show that with rapid cooling rate,ferrite more than 95%can be obtained in the structure of Cummins exhaust pipe by adjusting the content of C,Si and strengthening inoculation.
