摘要
通过对某种风冷柴油发动机飞轮壳铸造工艺进行优化,减少了铸造缺陷,使飞轮壳铸件良品率由30%~50%提高到83%以上,从而减少重复生产,节约资源和资金,并满足生产及装机任务要求。
The casting process for a diesel engine flywheel housing was optimized,by which the casting defects were reduced and the quality castings rate was increased from 30%-50% to more than 83%.Using the optimized process can reduce the repeated production,save resources and funds,and at the same time satisfy the requirement of production and installation capacity.
