摘要
采用台湾的抗香蕉束顶病毒（BBTV）单克隆抗体和澳大利亚的抗血清,用酶联免疫吸附技术（ELISA）双抗体夹心法（DAS）测定了云南个旧市黄草坝的病株。结果表明,用此法能成功地检测到BBTV。同时比较了病株茎和叶片的测定结果,茎中的病毒含量高于叶片中的含量。
By the Double Antibody Sandwich Method of Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA), Using resistant abilities McAb (Taiwan) and Antiserum9 (Australia) to test the infected plants of banana bunchy top virus(BBTV) from Huangcaoba, Gejiu, Yunnan. It showed that this method could be used to detect BBTV successfully and the concentration of virus in the stem was higher than in the leaf.
