铸铁焊补尺寸的研究

Study on Cast Iron Welding Measure

根据传热学理论和焊补特点，建立了铸铁焊补尺寸与ｔ８５ 关系式．通过热模拟试验，确定了铸铁焊补热影响区内不出现马氏体的ｔ８５ 临界冷却时间，从而确定铸铁焊补的临界尺寸．

A formula between cast iron welding measure and t 8/5  is built up according to the conduction throry and the feature of welding in this paper.A boundary cooling speed(t 8/5 ) without martensite in cast iron welding heat?affected zone is obtained by the simulating test.At last,the boundary measure of cast iron welding is reached.
