摘要
钢板在轧制过程中易产生带状组织,而带状组织的形成降低了钢板的横向冲击性能,为了了解带状组织的形成原因,在实验基础上研究了两种成分钢的控制轧制和加速冷却工艺。结果表明:在采用未再结晶区大变形的控制轧制工艺时,必须采用加速冷却工艺来减小或消除带状组织。另外,采用Nb,Ti微合金化也是消除带状组织的有效手段。
The rolled steel plate can produce banded structure. The banded structure decreases the transverse impact toughness of steel plate. This paper analyses the controlled rolling and accelerated cooling processes of two sorts of steels by experiment for understanding the reasons of the forming banded structure. The results show that it is necessary to eliminate banded structure by accelerated cooling processing under rolling in nonrecrystallization zone. Additionally, microalloying by adding Nb and Ti is a effective method to eliminate banded structure.
