摘要
基于以往对固体热交换问题的研究,提出了一种新的适合于粗轧带坯宽向温度分布的仿真方法,并对热交换系数的优化提出有效的经验值估计区间法。仿真实验结果表明:新的仿真方法改善了仿真数学模型的形式,并且利用经验值估计区间的参数优化法大大地提高了运算效率。
Based on the previous studies of solid heat convection, a new simulation method which is fit for temperature distribution along widening direction of steel strip plate is given, and an effective estimate zone method for optimizing heat transfer coefficient is also given. The simulation results express that the new simulation method improves simulation mathematical model, and the estimate zone method enhances the operation efficiency.
