摘要
采用德国西门子Ｓ５—１１５Ｕ ＰＬＣ和ＨＯＮＥＹＷＥＬＬ公司的Ｒ１５０ 集散系统来分别构成涟钢１＃ 、２＃ 电弧炉控制系统， 使控制系统结构简单， 功能强大， 实用可靠， 克服了传统继电器控制系统的可靠性低、维修量大、继电器寿命短等缺点。
The control systems of No.1 and No.2 electric arc furnace were made of S5—115U PLC of Siemens company and R150 system of America.The structure of this control system was simplicity,its function and operation reliability were well.Thus,maintenance of the control system was low,and its life performance was better than the control system of electric relay.
