摘要
湘钢１＃ 高炉１９９８ 年１０ 月由于种种原因导致炉体下部结厚， 虽经数次洗炉， 收效甚微， 后采用较长时间持续加萤石配合大批量加焦的热洗炉， 才使炉体下部结厚问题得以解决。介绍了处理过程及方法， 并对所取得的经验和教训进行了分析。
In October of year 1998, low furnace wall of shaft of blast furnace was encrusted. Some prepurging was done, but it had no effect. After fluorite was charged for long time and raff of coke was charged, effect of the prepurging was better than old prepurging. Encrust of low furnace wall of shaft of blast furnace vanished. Treatment method and experience were introduced.
