摘要
研究建立了测定痕量镍(Ⅱ)的丁二酮肟(DMG)-流动注射分光光度法。将合镍(Ⅱ)水样注入到I_2-HCl的乙醇试剂流中,与DMG—NaOH的乙醇试剂流混合,在450nm处对反应形成的Ni(IV)一DMG 螯合物进行分光光度检测.线性范围为0.1—4.0mg/L Ni(Ⅱ),检测限为0.058mg/L,测定频率为60次/h。本法的灵敏度较高,选择性较好,分析速度快。应用本法测定工业废水中痕量镍(Ⅱ),获得满意结果。
Dimethylglyoxime(DMG)-FIA-spectrophotometric determination of trace nickel(Ⅱ)was studied.The water sample containing nickel (Ⅱ) injected into the carrier flow of alcoholic I2-HCl solution was mixed with the reagent flow of alcoholic DMG-NaOH solution. The Ni(Ⅱ)-DMG chelate formed by reaction was spectrophotometrically detected at λ_(max) 450nm. The linear range is 0.1 to 4.0mg/L Ni(Ⅱ) with the detection limit of 0.058mg/L and the determination frequency of 60 times per hour. This method has higher sensitivity, better selectivity and fast analytical speed. It has been applied to determination of trace nickel(Ⅱ) in waste water with satisfactory results.
