摘要 [目的]明确黄瓜茎卷须的解剖结构。[方法]对黄瓜茎卷须进行解剖。[结果]黄瓜茎卷须有分叉现象。卷须结构包括表皮、皮层、双韧维管束、髓射线、髓和髓腔。皮层内的厚壁组织从下向上由多层、一周,减少至近轴面半周直至缺无。维管束大小不等,排成一轮,其构成细胞均较茎的维管束小,且自下而上结构越来越简单;形成层由内外两侧具有至仅外侧具有,直至全无;内韧皮部逐渐简化直至缺少,髓及髓腔由发达至逐渐减弱直至缺无。[结论]卷须结构与茎大体相似,但构成细胞小而少。 [ Objective ] The aim was to clarify the anatomical structure of cucumber stem tendrils. [ Method ] The stem tendrils of cucumber were dissected. [ Result ] Cucumber stem tendrils had bifurcation phenomena. Tendril structure was consisted of epidermis, cortex, bicollateral bundle, pith rays ,pith and pith cavity. Sclerenchyma in the cortex from a circle of multi - cell ,reduced to only a half circle adaxial surface until no. Vas- cular bundles of varying sizes, arranged in a circle,its composition than the stem ceils of small vascular bundles, and structure more and more sim- ple bottom -up,Cambium changed from the inside and outside on both sides to only the outside,until no. Inside phloem gradually simplified until no. pith and pith cavity from developed to gradually weakened until it no. [ Conclusion ] Tendril structure and stem were largely similar, however, the ceils form small and less.
