摘要
[目的]加快罗马甘菊幼苗生长,提高幼苗质量。[方法]研究不同激素(IBA、NAA、IBA+NAA)、激素体积比例(1∶1、1∶2、2∶1)、激素浓度(30、45、60 mg/L)对罗马甘菊幼苗生长影响,并且记录不同时段植株增长情况。[结果]IBA与NAA以1∶2(体积比)混合,浓度为45 mg/L的处理对罗马甘菊幼苗生长影响显著;幼苗缓苗期5 d,快速生长期在移栽后15~25 d。[结论]IBA与NAA以1∶2(体积比)混合,浓度为45 mg/L时可以促进罗马甘菊幼苗生长生根;在移栽后15~25 d可加强幼苗肥水供应。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to provide the reference for the growth and quality of the Roman chamomile seedling. [ Method ] The effect of the different hormone (IBA, NAA, IBA + NAA), the different proportion (1: 1, 1: 2, 2: 1 ), the different concentrations (30, 45, 60 mg/L) on the growth of Roman chamomile seedlings was researched; and recorded the adding conditions in different period. [ Result] The treat- ment as 1BA + NAA mixing with volume ratio as 1: 2, and the concentrations is 45 mg/L to the seedlings of Roman chamomile can reach signifi- cant levels;the slowly growing period of the seeding is 5 d,rapidly growing period after transplanting is from 15 d to 25 d. The disposal can play its role after 5 d, and the seedling' s rapid growth period is in the 15 d to 25 d. [Conclusion] The treatment as IBA + NAA, mixing with volume ratio as 1 : 2, and the concentrations is 45 mg/L can advance the growth and rooting of the Roman chamomile ; fertilizer water irrigation should be enhanced in 15 d to 25 d.
