短柱茶组果实解剖特征研究及主成分分析

摘要 [目的]为山茶属(Camellia)短柱组(sect.Paracamellia)的系统分类获得新的系统学证据。[方法]对短柱茶组10种植物进行了果实解剖特征研究,并应用MVSP软件对短柱茶组进行了主成分分析。[结果]外果皮很薄;中果皮宽广,为多列薄壁细胞,并有大量石细胞;内果皮木质化,极易与种子分离。主成分分析表明,物种之间的距离较远,显示出物种之间的较远亲缘关系;不支持闵天禄将长瓣短柱茶(C.grijsii)归并入攸县油茶(C.yuhsienensis),也不支持将陕西短柱茶(C.shensiensis)作为攸县油茶变种;小果短柱茶(C.confusa)与落瓣短柱茶(C.kiss)之间差异很显著,将其合并是不自然的。[结论]为短柱茶组植物资源的开发和应用提供了理论依据。 [ Objective ] To utilize the germplast resources, new.systematic evidence for the classification of sect. Paracamellia, genus Camellia was found in this article. [ Method ] Fruit anatomy of 10 species representing sect. Paracamellia in genus Camellia was investigated. And the main component of sect. Paracamellia in the genus Camellia was studied by MVSP software: [ Result~ The exocarp was thin; mesocarp was broad, hav- ing a large number of stone cells; endocarp was lignified, and separated easily from seed. The principle components analysis suggested that the distance between species was far,showing far relation; the current study did not support the formation of C. grijsii and C. yuhsienensis. C. shensien- s/s should not be recognized as a variety of C. yuhsienensis. In addition,it also proved Ming's combining of C. confusa and C. kissi was unnatural. [ Conclusion] The study provided theoretical basis for the development and application of sect. Paracamellia in the genus Camellia.
