摘要
[目的]探讨不同品种烟草抗盐碱胁迫能力。[方法]检测不同浓度的盐碱混合溶液(6.25~500 mmol/L)胁迫下5种常见烟草品种(白肋烟TN90、烤烟NC89、晒烟延晒5号、香料烟河南香料,黄花烟)种子出芽率和幼苗叶片丙二醛和脯氨酸含量的变化。[结果]黄花烟抗盐碱胁迫能力最强,河南香料、延晒5号、NC89次之,TN90最弱。[结论]为因地制宜选择适合本地栽培的烟草品种提作参考。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to discuss the salinity-alkalinity stress resistance capacity of different varieties of tobacco. [ Methods ] Sprouting rate of tobacco, proline and MDA activity of 5 tobacco varieties (Burley TN90,tobacco NC89, V Yanshai sun-cured tobacco, Oriental to- bacco Hena spices, Yellow tobacco)in different concentrations of salt and alkali mixture (6.25-500 mmol/L). [ Results] The salinity capacity is Yellow tobacco 〉 tobacco NC89, V Yanshai sun-cured tobacco, Oriental tobacco henna spices 〉 TN90. [ Conclusion ] Those provide references for tobacco varieties selection for local cultivation.
