摘要
[目的]对吉林省磐石市野生东北天南星数量性状进行研究,并对东北天南星的主要植物学性状进行评价,以期为东北天南星的合理利用提供依据。[方法]对东北天南星的球茎、茎、叶片进行测量,并采用SPSS软件进行分析。[结果]野生东北天南星间各主要数量性状差异均显著(P<0.05);东北天南星不同个体间主要数量性状均有变异;野生东北天南星各数量性状间存在着不同程度的相关。[结论]磐石市野生东北天南星种内变异较大,植株间的生物学性状差异也较大,因此开展东北天南星种质资源的收集、评价及利用的研究,可为选育高产、优质、抗病、抗逆的东北天南星品种工作奠定了基础。
[ Object ] To study and evaluate the quantitative and botany characters of wild Arisaema amurense Maxim in Panshi of Jilin Province, so as to provide basis for the rational utilization ofA. amurense. [ Method] The corm, stem and leaf ofA. amurense were determined and analyzed by SPSS software. [ Result ] There were significant differences of quantitative character among the individuals of A. amurense （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the variation existed among the individuals too; in addition, there were correlations among different quantitative characters. [ Conclusions] The col- lection, evaluation and utilization of A. amurense germplasm resource would provide scientific basis for breeding A. amurense with high quality and strong stress resistance,
