摘要 [目的]应用动态液相微萃取与气相色谱联用技术建立蔬菜中3种有机磷农药(敌敌畏、甲基对硫磷和对硫磷)的分析方法。[方法]蔬菜样品经搅拌打碎取滤汁后,用优化后的动态液相微萃取提取,采用气相色谱法进行测定。[结果]通过优化,3种有机磷农药的线性范围均为0.50~5.00μg/ml,回收率为85.2%~104.4%,相对标准偏差(n=7)为1.0%~6.5%,检出限(3S/N)为0.095~0.160μg/g。[结论]该方法适合用于蔬菜中有机磷农药的快速检测。 [Objective] The study aimed to establish analysis method of three organo-phosphorous pesticides (dichloroas, methylparathion and parathion ) in vegetable samples by using Dynamic Liquid-phase Microcxtraction/Gas Chromatography. [ Method ] Vegetable samples were crushed and strained. Pesticides were extracted using Dynamic Liquid-phase Microextractioton and determined with Gas Chromatography. [ Result I After op- timization,the linear ranges were all from 0.50 to 5.00 iμg/ml. The recoveries were between 85.2% and 104.4%. Relative standard deviations ranged from 1. 0% to 6.5%. The detection limits were in the range of 0. 095 to 0. 160μg/g. [ Conclusion ] This method was suitable for rapid de- termination on organo-phosphorous pesticides in vegetable samples.
