摘要
[目的]筛选出活性高、用量少的微生物絮凝剂产生菌,探讨絮凝剂的成分及其絮凝特性。[方法]通过稀释涂布法和划线法,从花园土壤中筛选到一株稳定高效的微生物絮凝剂产生菌WH-2,探讨其最佳培养条件。[结果]在最佳培养条件下,其发酵液对高岭土悬液的絮凝率高于90%。该菌产生的絮凝剂不含还原糖。当絮凝剂的投加量为3 ml时,絮凝率最高,达75.4%。[结论]WH-2具有重要的研究前景和应用价值。
[ Objective] The research aimed to screen out a microbial flocculant producing strain and discuss:the components of flocculant and its floeeulation characteristics. [ Method ] By dilution butterin$ method and lineation method,a strain WH-2,with high and stable flocculating activity was further screened from garden soil. And its optimum cultivation conditions were discussed. I Result] Under the optimum cultivation conditions, the flocculation ratio of fermentation broth to kaolin clay.suspension was more than 90%. There was no reducing sugar in the llocculant. When the dosage of flocculant was 3 ml ,the floeculation ratio was the highest (75.4%). [ Conclusion] WH-2 has important research prospect and applica- tion value.
