南美白对虾附肢的分离与结构研究

Study on Appendage of Penaeus vanname and Its Structure Observation

[目的]了解南美白对虾附肢的结构分化。[方法]以南美白对虾为试验对象,分离其附肢并对其结构进行观察。[结果]南美白对虾附肢共19对,由于其着生部位和功能的不同,各附肢在形态上各不相同。[结论]各种类虾的不同生活方式,造成附肢在进化上有了不同的分化。

[ Objective ] The research aimed to understand structure differentiation of Penaeus vannamei. [Method]With Penaeus vannamei as the test objects,the appendage of Penaeus vannamei was separated and its structure was observed. [ Result] The results indicated that there were 19 appendages in Penaeus varmamei . The morphological features were diverse in different parts of the appendage. Because the different function of appendage ,the morphological features were also diverse. [ Conclusion] Different living styles of different species of shrimp caused various differen- tiation of appendage.
