Modeling and Analysis on Rural Supply and Demand System of College Graduates

将农村毕业生需求量、高校毕业生质量、毕业生为农村创造的效益看作一个系统中3个相互作用、相互依存和相互制约的因素,构建了高校—农村人才供需模型,通过对该模型进行动力学行为分析,指出了供需系统保持稳定性所需满足的条件,以期能为高校毕业生工作提供理论参考。

The demand for graduates in the rural, the quality of college graduates and benefits created by graduates for the rural were viewed as ihree interacting, interdependent and mutually constraining factors in a system, moreover, universities-rural talent supply and demand model was constructed. Based on dynamic behavior analysis of this model, the conditions for the stability of supply and demand systems were pointed out to provide theoretical basis for graduates.
