摘要 鄂钢380m^3高炉供上料系统设计采用了以下先进实用的技术:槽上矿、焦一次筛分,槽下矿、焦二次筛分,焦矿槽及返矿仓采用铸石砖内衬,槽下烧结矿及焦炭集中称量并进行误差补正,块杂矿及焦丁分散称量并进行误差补正,采用交流变频料车卷扬机,主控综合楼四位一体,槽上槽下均设电除尘等。 A series of new techniques were adopted in the design of feeding and charging system of Echeng Steel' s 380 m3 BF, such as adding screening equipment above and under bins, lining cast stone plate on the wall of bins,central weighing sinter and coke and compensating errors,decentral weighing miscellaneous ore and coke nut under bins and compensating errors, equipping variable frequency AC for the hoist machine, building compact and multi-function control house, installing electrostatic dust collector and so on.
