随着冷轧厂电镀锌工艺的改进 ,废水锌超标成为事实。针对宝钢现有电镀锌废水情况及现有条件 ,选用中和—过滤法解决废水锌超标问题 ,效果较好 ,主要介绍此法的工艺及试验和工程实践结果。

It is the fact that the Zinc content in the sewage out of the galvanizing process exceeds the normal level with the improvement of cold galvanizing technology.It is much better to resolve the supernormal amount Zinc in the sewage by the neutralization filteration method.The process,experiment and service result of the method are also introduced.
