摘要
鞍钢11 号高炉(2580 m 3)热风炉为提高风温采用附加加热换热系统高效预热技术,用单一的低热值高炉煤气,以燃烧炉和两台大型金属换热器相组合,该系统可把高炉煤气和助燃空气分别预热到240 ℃和270 ℃,热风温度提高80~100 ℃。同时,节省焦炉煤气。
Anshan Iron and Steel (Group) Co has developed a new process, additional preheating heat exchange system only with low calorific value blast furnace gas, in order to increase hot blast temperature The system consists a combustion oven and two large scale recuperators The system is able to preheat air and gas temperature up to 270 ℃ and 240 ℃ respectively The hot blast temperature is raised by 80 100 ℃,the coke oven gas is saved and the dramatic economic profit is obtained as well
